The easiest OSX way to do it:
Pull down the Go panel and select Connect to server. Apple + K is the short cut.
Then type in our server's address like this:

The Best way to move files with a PC is to use SFTP. First you'll need a SFTP client on your machine. Download and install WinSCP
WinSCP
This is a super, free program for moving files over the internet with SFTP protocols. It's easy to use and quite robust. With it, you only need to establish an SFTP connection with our server: momotion.cns.montana.edu.
Once you are connected, using your name and password, you will need to negotiate your way to the files.
From Volumes, go to Raid_Array, then to Workshops, then you'll know where you are.
